Owns business requirements, portfolio visibility, governance, BPO performance, digital adoption, and value realization. Establishes a regional community of practice, aligns requirements with enterprise roadmaps, tracks Celonis KPIs, and holds product and operations leaders accountable. Requires strong OTC, SAP, Celonis, portfolio governance, financial, analytical, and executive stakeholder-management expertise.
