Conduct periodic and event-driven customer due diligence reviews for individual and corporate clients. Verify KYC documentation, assess ownership structures, perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening, and escalate issues. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in line with FCA, UK/EU AML, and GDPR requirements. Manage high volumes of cases, collaborate with internal teams, monitor regulatory developments, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Leads Finance transformation, systems change, and operational improvement across Financial Control, FP&A, Finance Operations, payroll, billing, and treasury. Owns NetSuite requirements, testing, releases, governance, vendor coordination, and adoption. Manages Finance project portfolios, RAID logs, UAT, go-live readiness, regulatory and entity expansion activities, controls, auditability, and stakeholder alignment across Finance, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and external advisers.

Owns end-to-end month-end close, group management accounts, consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial controls across multiple entities. The role manages a small accounting team, supports audits, maintains NetSuite processes, and drives AI and automation improvements using tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and NetSuite workflows.
