Leads Finance transformation, systems change, and operational improvement across Financial Control, FP&A, Finance Operations, payroll, billing, and treasury. Owns NetSuite requirements, testing, releases, governance, vendor coordination, and adoption. Manages Finance project portfolios, RAID logs, UAT, go-live readiness, regulatory and entity expansion activities, controls, auditability, and stakeholder alignment across Finance, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and external advisers.

Leads group financial close, audit coordination, balance sheet governance, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax compliance, treasury oversight, and finance transformation across multiple international entities. Manages and develops the Financial Control team, serves as the senior technical escalation point, supports board and auditor reporting, and drives automation, AI adoption, reconciliation standards, and process improvement.

Owns end-to-end month-end close, group management accounts, consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial controls across multiple entities. The role manages a small accounting team, supports audits, maintains NetSuite processes, and drives AI and automation improvements using tools such as Excel, Power Automate, and NetSuite workflows.

Own end-to-end payroll processing across India, the UK, France, Spain, Ireland, the US, and the Netherlands. Manage payroll calendars, tax withholdings, payment files, benefits, pensions, statutory returns, compliance, employee queries, and external payroll providers. Maintain accurate confidential records, improve processes, and support payroll systems while working across multiple time zones and meeting UK business-hour coverage requirements.

Supports daily treasury operations across multiple accounts and currencies. Responsibilities include cash and balance monitoring, treasury transfers, payment funding, bank statement retrieval, weekly and monthly reconciliations, financial postings, journal preparation, compliance reporting, cashflow forecasting, audit support, and maintaining banking systems and process documentation. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of treasury or finance operations.
