Supports daily treasury operations across multiple accounts and currencies. Responsibilities include cash and balance monitoring, treasury transfers, payment funding, bank statement retrieval, weekly and monthly reconciliations, financial postings, journal preparation, compliance reporting, cashflow forecasting, audit support, and maintaining banking systems and process documentation. The role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of treasury or finance operations.

Senior FP&A manager owning planning, forecasting, financial modelling, performance management and decision support. Builds robust scalable models, leads FP&A projects, drives automation/AI improvements, partners with senior leaders, enforces spend discipline and mentors junior team members.

Provide text-based customer support (email, chat), own queries through to resolution, follow structured operational processes, and support basic compliance tasks (Fraud, CDD, Screening). Maintain accurate records, escalate issues, collaborate with internal teams, and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume payments operations environment.

Support month-end close, prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany entries; produce consolidated management accounts and variance analysis; maintain balance sheet reconciliations; support controls, audits and regulatory reporting; use NetSuite, Excel and automation/AI tools to improve processes and assist with cross-border intercompany accounting.
