Responsibilities include resolving customer connectivity issues, executing network changes, improving network operations, developing automation, collaborating with architects and business teams, and maintaining documentation. The role requires extensive enterprise networking experience across routing, switching, security, load balancing, datacenter fabrics, VPNs, and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.

Lead modernization and automation of large-scale global network infrastructure using Network-as-Code, Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and Python. Design Kubernetes networking with Calico, OVN, VXLAN, and CNIs; establish enterprise routing and data center architecture standards; troubleshoot complex hybrid network incidents; lead Tier-4 escalations, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and Security-as-Code validation for firewall, ACL, and security-group policies.
