Lead full-cycle experienced-hire recruitment across the IMEA region, focusing on Middle East consulting teams. Build talent pipelines, advise senior stakeholders, manage agencies and executive search firms, use recruiting analytics and market insights to improve hiring, support employer branding, and enhance candidate experience. The role also includes workforce planning, process improvement, mentoring recruiting colleagues, and managing multiple searches across practices and industries.

Leads a squad of 4–8 data engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, pipelines, debugging, and technical delivery. Designs maintainable data models and medallion architectures on Databricks, drives engineering standards, and partners with business stakeholders to deliver production data solutions. Mentors employees and contractors, improves quality and operational reliability, and builds reusable datasets, tested pipelines, documentation, and governance practices.

Provides bilingual executive-level administrative support to 1–3 Partners, including calendar management, business development assistance, RFP coordination, CRM updates, travel booking, expense and timesheet reporting, document management, and confidential information handling. The role also supports team coverage, trains new executive assistants, coordinates with internal departments, and helps improve team processes while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
