Provides bilingual executive-level administrative support to 1–3 Partners, including calendar management, business development assistance, RFP coordination, CRM updates, travel booking, expense and timesheet reporting, document management, and confidential information handling. The role also supports team coverage, trains new executive assistants, coordinates with internal departments, and helps improve team processes while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Lead IMEA contingent workforce strategy, governance and end-to-end operations. Manage vendor and commercial frameworks, lifecycle service, data and technology. Advise leadership, lead a cross-functional operations team, ensure controls, reporting, and continuous improvement to optimize external talent access and performance.

Serve as an Associate solving complex client problems: plan and execute analyses, identify core issues, lead small teams, develop recommendations, and collaborate closely with clients and project teams.
