Teams at Mars

Manages supplier qualification, quality performance, audits, corrective actions, food safety, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement for ingredients and packaging suppliers. Partners with sourcing, supply chain, commercial, factory quality, and regional teams to deploy Mars sourcing standards, monitor KPIs, maintain supplier documentation, and resolve quality issues. The role is remote but requires extensive travel to supplier and Mars sites.

Leads Royal Canin India’s veterinary and pet professional growth strategy, including portfolio activation, pricing, demand generation, sales-force effectiveness, and clinic coverage. Builds partnerships with veterinary associations, universities, key opinion leaders, and internal regional teams to expand vet engagement, professional education, and recommendation of products. Serves on the country leadership team and drives cross-functional commercial performance, ecosystem development, and strategic execution.

Leads the Integrated Business Planning cycle across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams. Owns forecasting, scenario planning, financial reconciliation, risk and opportunity identification, and executive performance reporting. Drives alignment of revenue, volume, inventory, productivity, and operational assumptions while ensuring plans are financially realistic and executable. Partners with senior stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, business performance, and accountability across functions.
