Develops and implements supplier quality programs for food ingredients and packaging across India. Conducts supplier audits, manages corrective actions and compliance risks, monitors supplier performance, maintains qualification documentation, and drives food safety, quality, cost, and efficiency improvements. Partners with sourcing, R&D, supply chain, commercial, and site teams while training suppliers and supporting regional and global quality initiatives. The role requires extensive supplier and site travel.

Own mid- and long-term demand forecasting for Mars Snacking’s Chocolates and Gums categories across multiple channels. Develop rolling SKU, brand, and channel forecasts; integrate market trends, promotions, seasonality, product launches, and phase-outs; and drive consensus among Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Supply, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service. Present demand plans during S&OP to support inventory optimization, service levels, production feasibility, and business growth.

Leads supply chain transformation, process excellence, automation, network design, and digital and quick-commerce fulfillment strategy. Develops business cases, dashboards, SOPs, and performance improvements while deploying regional initiatives in India. Manages projects, stakeholders, logistics partners, and capability building across supply chain teams, with emphasis on inventory optimization, fast fulfillment, continuous improvement, and sustainability.
