Provide strategic legal counsel to Petcare businesses in India, overseeing governance, contracts, compliance, and collaboration while leading crisis management efforts.

Provide IP and trademark legal support for Petcare marketing and innovation: develop and execute brand/IP strategies, manage trademark prosecution and enforcement, oversee artwork review, liaise with global teams and outside counsel, maintain docket and evidence libraries, and deliver training and legal guidance to business stakeholders.

The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting cPLM business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders on PLM systems. It ensures process improvements and knowledge transfer during service introductions.
