Leads global strategic sourcing and procurement for digital technology and Food & Nutrition categories. Manages $125M+ in spend, SaaS and professional services suppliers, sourcing strategies, RFPs, contracts, supplier governance, performance, risk, and cost optimization. Partners with senior stakeholders, Legal, Infosec, sourcing teams, and suppliers to support digital transformation, standardization, automation, and commercial objectives.

Own end-to-end intercompany accounting operations, ensure timely accurate financial close and reporting, partner with Controllership, Tax and FP&A, drive process standardization, KPIs and continuous improvement, oversee external service providers, and lead automation and control-strengthening initiatives.

Lead internal audit strategy, system administration, and advanced analytics. Administer Optro (Auditboard), build executive BI dashboards, ensure data integrity, support audit methodology and QAIP, participate in audits and fraud reporting, and present findings to senior leadership.

Lead sourcing strategies and category management for marketing content, especially market research and insights. Manage global/regional supplier contracts, drive harmonization and automation, partner with senior marketing stakeholders, provide market and financial insights, mentor junior colleagues, and deliver cross-functional projects across the Content team.

Define and lead global trade promotion, budgeting, and accrual validation processes. Drive standardization, process improvements, automation and KPI-based transformation. Support ERP/TPM system enablement and reporting, collaborate with finance, controllership, MGSF and segment stakeholders to optimize promotional spend and ensure financial control.

Partner with Sustainability, Risk, Legal and corporate teams to translate regulatory and reporting needs into scalable data and analytics solutions. Create proofs of concept (basic coding, Power BI), define functional requirements, ensure data quality, and support solution design, integration, and delivery-ready artifacts for sustainability reporting and analytics.

Translate sustainability strategy, regulatory needs, and emerging risks into scalable data and analytics solutions. Advise senior stakeholders, define solution patterns and delivery-ready artifacts, lead proof-of-concept work (basic coding, Power BI), ensure data quality, auditability, and compliance, and mentor Solution Engineers to embed best practices.

The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for designing manufacturing capabilities using SAP S/4 HANA, collaborating with various teams for global deployment, and ensuring solution interoperability across segments.

The Trade Finance Analyst manages trade expenditures, calculates TREX accruals, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports TPM system implementation, and analyzes trade-related payments and invoices for the France market.
