Responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, coordinating with sales channels, managing sales activity (proposals, contracts), and delivering excellent customer service to achieve personal and location revenue goals.

Lead and support daily front desk, bell/door, switchboard, and guest services operations. Supervise and coach staff, handle guest complaints, manage staffing and revenue procedures, train on policies, assist with financial/administrative tasks, and support HR activities including performance feedback and training. Ensure exceptional guest service, maintain guest information systems, and uphold loss-prevention and property standards.

Manages and solicits large group and catering sales opportunities for a luxury hotel. Builds customer relationships, develops sales plans, negotiates contracts, designs catered events, upsells packages, conducts site inspections, and coordinates booked business for successful service delivery. Achieves individual and property revenue goals while driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.
