Prepare and portion ingredients, cook and plate foods per recipes and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness and food safety, follow company policies, and support team operations.

Create and execute property-level marketing plans, manage websites and e-commerce, develop collateral and promotions, track and analyze ROI for campaigns, manage marketing budget, coordinate with tourism bureaus and vendors, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all guest touchpoints and advertising channels.

Manage all engineering and maintenance operations for the property, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and water systems. Oversee preventative maintenance, capital projects, budgets, regulatory compliance, safety, vendor contracts, inventory, and staff training to ensure guest satisfaction and facility integrity.

Manages hotel sales opportunities, develops relationships with new and existing customers, coordinates sales channels, prepares proposals and contracts, closes business, and supports event turnover. Analyzes market trends and customer needs to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening account loyalty.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates employee training programs to improve service, leadership, and product knowledge. Conducts needs assessments, develops training plans and budgets, measures training effectiveness, and partners with operations to drive guest satisfaction and business outcomes.

Prepare and cook ingredients per recipes and quality standards; portion, chop, weigh, mix, and test foods; operate kitchen equipment; prepare cold foods; maintain workstation cleanliness and food safety; follow company safety procedures; lift up to 25 pounds and work full shifts; support team and perform other duties as assigned.

Support and execute segmented property sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Manage daily sales activities, build long-term client relationships, book business, coordinate with revenue management, generate proposals/contracts, and represent the property at events to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
