Maintain and optimize production LLM and VLM services, including Flask/FastAPI microservices, Dramatiq queues, REST APIs, and Uvicorn/Gunicorn deployments. Design prompt strategies, feedback and evaluation pipelines, and AI routing integrations while monitoring latency, token usage, quality, and errors. Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable microservices, Dockerized deployments, CI/CD, security, and cloud infrastructure.

Maintain and enhance scalable backend services for a SaaS platform using Node.js and TypeScript. Responsibilities include API performance optimization, MongoDB and Redis management, asynchronous job workflows, AWS infrastructure monitoring, security implementation, API documentation, testing, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting. The role supports campaign generation, template storage, credit-based billing, and high-traffic APIs.

Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, ledgers, receivables, payables, monthly closing, and basic P&L reporting. Handle Indian GST and TDS filings, ITC reconciliation, payroll deductions, PF and ESI compliance, challans, and statutory records. Execute approved vendor payments through banking portals, maintain payment trackers, issue invoices, and retain UTR confirmations. The role requires strong accuracy, integrity, and knowledge of Indian accounting and compliance systems.

Develops software, configures and deploys systems, administers Linux and cloud infrastructure, manages containers and CI/CD pipelines, integrates applications and APIs, and troubleshoots issues across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers. The engineer owns technical solutions from investigation through deployment and verification, automates operational tasks, documents systems, and collaborates directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
