Lead HR for emerging markets (India, Japan, China, Dubai, Brazil). Oversee regional HR team, employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, compensation, HRIS (Workday), performance/talent management, reporting, and Mumbai office culture. Partner with global HR, Finance, and Legal to standardize processes and support growth.

Act as primary HR partner for Valuations & Opinions in Mumbai, advising leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement, onboarding, analytics, and change initiatives. Execute HR programs, support promotions/compensation cycles, conduct investigations, and drive culture and development across the employee lifecycle.

The Valuation Systems Analyst will support Lincoln's valuation model technology, collaborate on product development, and assist with technical support and training.
