Manage client eDiscovery matters from data intake through processing, review, hosting, and production. Lead a team of 3–5 associates, coordinate technical and application support teams, manage timelines, risks, SLAs, billing validation, and client communications. Provide hands-on Relativity administration, troubleshoot platform issues, develop training plans, support hiring, and translate technical data challenges for legal industry clients.

Manages client communication, eDiscovery projects, data intake, processing, hosting, review, and production activities using Relativity and other platforms. Leads a team of up to five associates, coordinates with technical and internal teams, manages timelines, risks, scope changes, SLAs, billing validation, training, and client escalations. Provides hands-on Relativity administration and translates technical data challenges for legal industry clients.

Supports project teams by conducting document review, analysis, and trend reporting using third-party and proprietary information retrieval and search software. Collaborates with colleagues, participates in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, learns new tools and syntax, and applies analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex subject matter.
