Manages client communication, eDiscovery projects, data intake, processing, hosting, review, and production activities using Relativity and other platforms. Leads a team of up to five associates, coordinates with technical and internal teams, manages timelines, risks, scope changes, SLAs, billing validation, training, and client escalations. Provides hands-on Relativity administration and translates technical data challenges for legal industry clients.

Supports project teams by conducting document review, analysis, and trend reporting using third-party and proprietary information retrieval and search software. Collaborates with colleagues, participates in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, learns new tools and syntax, and applies analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex subject matter.
