Leads a team of up to five associates, coordinates with technical and internal teams, manages timelines, risks, scope changes, SLAs, billing validation, training, and client escalations. Provides hands-on Relativity administration and translates technical data challenges for legal industry clients.

Manages and executes eDiscovery case strategy projects using AI-driven search, linguistic modelling, structured analytics, Relativity, Nuix, and Lighthouse tools. Consults with clients, coordinates technical and support teams, directs project workflows, ensures quality and deadlines, and contributes to service standardization, documentation, training, mentorship, and organizational initiatives. The role requires strong litigation support knowledge, client communication, multitasking, and flexibility for on-call work, rotational shifts, and business travel.

Supports eDiscovery client services and project management, including data intake, processing, filtering, review, hosting, and export using Relativity and Nuix. Provides direct client communication, administers hosted matters, manages requests and users, tracks project risks and scope changes, translates technical requirements, and coordinates internal teams, law firms, corporate clients, and third-party providers.
