The Financial Crime Associate is responsible for reviewing alerts, conducting customer due diligence, supporting fraud investigations, and ensuring compliance with financial crime regulations.

Lead design, build, and operate resilient data pipelines and low-latency ML feature streams into BigQuery. Own operational health, monitoring, incident response, and collaborate with analytics and ML teams to define schema, data quality, and platform direction. Mentor junior engineers and optimise performance and developer velocity.

You will be part of the Engineering team, focusing on delivering high-quality software, mentoring juniors, and contributing to the full software lifecycle.
