Lead a pod of up to four engineers/admins to own and evolve Liberis' Salesforce org. Provide technical direction, architecture decisions, code review, CI/CD and release management; manage and develop team members; partner with sales, operations and engineering for integrations, data quality, governance and automation—including AI-driven automation—to improve processes and platform health.

Own merchant onboarding and in-life support as primary contact. Handle digital queries via email and live chat, investigate payment issues, collaborate with Sales and Underwriting, and share customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Provide back-office support for Customer Operations: process payment adjustments accurately, liaise with Sales and Treasury, handle administrative tasks, analyze data in Excel, identify automation opportunities, and work independently on late shifts while escalating issues appropriately.

Lead design, build, and operate resilient data pipelines and low-latency ML feature streams into BigQuery. Own operational health, monitoring, incident response, and collaborate with analytics and ML teams to define schema, data quality, and platform direction. Mentor junior engineers and optimise performance and developer velocity.

You will be part of the Engineering team, focusing on delivering high-quality software, mentoring juniors, and contributing to the full software lifecycle.
