Provides technical leadership and customer support for spirits fermentation solutions across regional markets. Trains sales teams, delivers technical presentations, troubleshoots production and quality issues, supports pilot trials, coordinates projects with customers and R&D, represents the company at industry events, and builds relationships with spirits-industry experts and organizations. The role requires significant regional travel and expertise in spirits production, distillation, fermentation, and yeast applications.

Implements and supports process automation systems for bioethanol and industrial fermentation plants across India and APAC. Assesses plant automation infrastructure, configures PLC and DCS systems, integrates instrumentation, develops data connectivity and dashboards, optimizes process performance, diagnoses faults, and trains operations personnel. Supports deployment of digital fermentation tools at customer sites and contributes to continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and process digitalization.
