Teams at Lesaffre

Implements and supports process automation systems for bioethanol and industrial fermentation plants across India and APAC. Assesses plant automation infrastructure, configures PLC and DCS systems, integrates instrumentation, develops data connectivity and dashboards, optimizes process performance, diagnoses faults, and trains operations personnel. Supports deployment of digital fermentation tools at customer sites and contributes to continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and process digitalization.

Serve as the technical authority for regional sales teams and customers in spirits production. Provide training, troubleshoot production and quality issues, support pilot trials and technical projects, represent the company at industry events, and develop relationships with KOLs and industry associations.
