Lead Legrand India’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, architecture, governance, and business intelligence initiatives. Build data lakes, warehouses, ETL pipelines, and ERP/CRM integrations using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Deliver advanced analytics for forecasting, pricing, market intelligence, productivity, channel performance, customer segmentation, and revenue growth. Partner with business and global teams to translate needs into actionable insights, train users, and embed analytics into digital workflows and decision systems.

Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts focused on UPS systems. Generate leads, identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally, analyze market and competitor trends, monitor sales performance, and provide strategic insights. Offer product expertise and customer support while mentoring sales team members and fostering continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end internal audits (financial, operational, compliance), perform risk assessments and process mapping, test and optimize controls (including SOX), support forensic audits, implement internal control framework and compliance program, monitor remediation actions, test system configurations/access, and support group audit teams and other countries as guest auditor.
