Expands the panel business by acquiring and managing OEM customers, driving sales strategies through the Adlec channel, conducting technical presentations, and preparing proposals and contracts. Collaborates with engineering, production, service, and after-sales teams to ensure feasible solutions and customer satisfaction. Tracks market trends, forecasts sales, reports pipeline performance, and represents the company at industry events and client meetings.

Own trade, retail, experiential, BTL, exhibition, and event marketing across India. Develop activation calendars, retail visibility strategies, experience-centre programs, and partner engagements tied to sales, leads, conversion, premiumization, and ROI. Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and execution quality while building dashboards and measurement frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Product, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams. The role requires extensive travel and strong stakeholder, negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.

Manage revenue support and end-to-end sales activities for battery, retrofit, and AMC services. Responsibilities include developing sales funnels, preparing quotes, negotiating terms, finalizing orders, coordinating delivery and installation, supporting invoicing and collections, maintaining CRM records, generating revenue reports, and collaborating with field engineers, finance, and customers to maximize service revenue.
