Develop activation calendars, retail visibility strategies, experience-centre programs, and partner engagements tied to sales, leads, conversion, premiumization, and ROI. Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and execution quality while building dashboards and measurement frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Product, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams. The role requires extensive travel and strong stakeholder, negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.

Manage territory sales and business growth in Navi Mumbai by developing project and product sales, expanding markets, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, interior designers, and government agencies, and executing strategic objectives. Responsibilities include pricing and discount management, market and competitor analysis, customer SLA and documentation compliance, DSO improvement, stockist management, and sales contribution targets.

Lead Legrand India’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, architecture, governance, and business intelligence initiatives. Build data lakes, warehouses, ETL pipelines, and ERP/CRM integrations using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Deliver advanced analytics for forecasting, pricing, market intelligence, productivity, channel performance, customer segmentation, and revenue growth. Partner with business and global teams to translate needs into actionable insights, train users, and embed analytics into digital workflows and decision systems.
