Partner with Account Executives to win enterprise deals in India by leading technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, and technical evaluations. Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and DevOps teams; translate complex technology into business outcomes; support customer champions; and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires expertise in enterprise SaaS, DevOps, CI/CD, feature management, progressive delivery, and modern software architectures.

Own revenue accounting activities, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, ASC 606 contract reviews, revenue schedules, audit support, and evaluation of complex commercial terms. Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and system teams to assess new products, improve accounting processes, automate controls, and integrate CRM, billing, usage, and ERP data. Provide technical revenue recognition guidance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Manage international accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, payments, tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit coordination across EMEA, Australia, and India. Partner with local accountants, payroll, tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Support transfer pricing documentation and accounting-system implementations while serving as the CFO organization’s community leader in India.

Manages order-to-cash processing by reviewing Salesforce opportunities, pricing, contracts, provisioning details, and documentation before entry into NetSuite. Supports Salesforce CPQ administration, AWS Marketplace orders, system integrations, revenue recognition compliance, audit readiness, and month-end close. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, and IT to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, train stakeholders, and report on order accuracy and cycle times.

Processes vendor invoices and employee expenses from submission through payment or reimbursement, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness. Resolves exceptions, supports payment runs and reconciliations, responds to vendor and employee inquiries, and prepares operational reports. Participates in ERP and expense-system implementations, testing, process improvements, and AI-enabled finance automation initiatives while maintaining strong controls over confidential financial information.
