The Senior Associate will optimize marketing workflows and technology platforms, improve processes, and support project management to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Administer and configure the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform; manage contract types, templates, workflows, rules, clauses, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, support integrations (Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, SSO), perform migrations and environment promotions, gather requirements, facilitate UAT, and advise on enhancements and cross-system integrations.

Produce and edit high-quality video, motion graphics, and photos for marketing, social, internal communications and events. Manage projects end-to-end, ensure brand and accessibility consistency, maintain digital assets, edit audio, and support live productions and webinars.
