Lead end-to-end design, building, and optimization of omnichannel personalized customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Cloud. Configure audiences, triggers, dynamic content, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and collaborate with AEP/RT-CDP/data teams to enable activation, governance, and continuous improvement.
