Design cluster topology, transaction-journey stitching (transforms/EQL), capacity planning, JVM tuning, ILM/SLM, AIOps alerting, OpenTelemetry/APM instrumentation across Java/.NET/Node, secure RBAC/TLS/mTLS, integrate heterogeneous monitoring/SIEM tools, drive onboarding, presales and mentor teams. Produce architecture docs, SOPs, and technical submissions.
