Lead and grow strategic Banking & Financial Services accounts: own account P&L, build executive relationships, drive revenue and renewals, develop and execute strategic account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation solutions, and ensure client success.

Provide functional support for PeopleSoft HRMS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence), resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, support testing (SIT/UAT), assist with upgrades/patches, prepare FDDs/test cases/user guides, maintain support documentation, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

Design, develop, test, and deploy JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/World customizations, reports, and integrations using Orchestrator/AIS, BSSV, REST/SOAP, OMW, RDA, FDA, TDA, C/C++ BSFNs, and ER/NER. Build UDOs (E1 Pages, CafeOne), diagnose production issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve support tickets, and produce technical specifications from functional requirements. Support package builds, deployments, version control, and stakeholder communication.
