Collaborate with technical teams and customers during incident response and post-incident reviews.

Owns global people strategy and partners with senior leaders, country HR teams, and centers of excellence to deliver consistent HR solutions across multiple countries. Advises on complex employee and organizational matters, talent, learning, workforce planning, rewards, change management, and workforce insights while ensuring local compliance and effective execution of global initiatives.

Define enterprise architecture and modernization roadmaps, advise clients on cloud, application and AI adoption, lead architecture assessments across domains, design scalable hybrid-cloud solutions, guide modernization patterns (APIs, microservices, serverless, containers), support AI-enabled transformation (RAG, vector search, agentic workflows), shape product vision and business cases, and lead cross-functional teams and executive-level solutioning.
