Own full-time hiring end to end, build long-term talent pipelines, manage candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers. Help develop talent strategy, employer branding, internships, residencies, associate programs, campus collaborations, and talent-focused initiatives. Owns client accounts end to end, serving as a strategic business partner across brand strategy, digital, creators, content, production, activations, and campaigns. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, translating business challenges into solutions, overseeing P&L, budgets, forecasts, margins, resourcing, account growth, pitches, workflows, and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires balancing brand outcomes, commercial performance, team leadership, and operational rigor.

Lead analytics across reporting, social listening, and platform research for client accounts. Define measurement frameworks, metrics, benchmarks, and reporting cadences; translate findings into creative and strategic recommendations. Partner with Engineering and the KulfiOS Transformation team to define product requirements, roadmap internal analytics tools, automate recurring workflows, and drive adoption across teams. The role also supports pitches, client presentations, and future team growth.
