Supports the People & Culture team in researching cultural references, developing concepts and moodboards, planning and executing culture-focused projects, coordinating logistics, contributing community-building ideas, and documenting learnings. The role includes on-ground execution and collaboration with Marketing, Creative Tech, Creative Direction, and Production teams.

Lead analytics across reporting, social listening, and platform research for client accounts. Define measurement frameworks, metrics, benchmarks, and reporting cadences; translate findings into creative and strategic recommendations. Partner with Engineering and the KulfiOS Transformation team to define product requirements, roadmap internal analytics tools, automate recurring workflows, and drive adoption across teams. The role also supports pitches, client presentations, and future team growth.

Develops and leads visual concepts across campaigns, social, branding, packaging, merchandise, and event experiences. Combines strategic art direction with hands-on design execution, supervises freelancers, directs animation and short-form assets, presents ideas to clients, and manages multiple projects independently. The role requires strong visual culture awareness, adaptability across styles and formats, proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and practical use of emerging AI tools.
