Supports and engineers enterprise identity and access management services, including Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, application integrations, identity lifecycle management, PKI, and access governance. Troubleshoots authentication issues, automates IAM processes, supports security reviews and incidents, manages service changes, and maintains documentation. Collaborates with technical and business teams to deliver secure, reliable identity services.

Supports U.S.-based transaction advisory teams with buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax risk analysis, transaction structuring, tax modeling, and review of transaction documents. Reviews tax returns, workpapers, financial statements, and tax provisions; prepares diligence requests and client reports; researches federal and state tax issues; coordinates with specialists; manages multiple workstreams; and reviews junior team members’ work.

Supports Kroll restructuring administration by executing noticing projects, maintaining creditor and service-list data, analyzing and monitoring claims, managing inquiry logs, coordinating escalations, and communicating with clients, case professionals, and internal teams. The role requires strong Excel and Word skills, attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, and the ability to work under deadline pressure during US business hours.
