Drive deposit growth, acquire and deepen customer relationships, cross-sell mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products, generate fee income, and oversee branch service, compliance, administration, team performance, productivity, morale, break-even results, and P&L. Collaborate with product and marketing teams on new offerings and sales initiatives.

Manage corporate customer relationships for treasury and foreign exchange products. Drive revenue, transaction volume, trade and FX wallet share, and derivative growth. Coordinates with stakeholders on requirements, develops sourcing strategies, creates job descriptions and interview questions, forecasts hiring needs, and maintains detailed recruitment records. The role requires full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
