Provides post-production Workday Adaptive Insights consulting, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, and client knowledge transfer. The consultant partners with clients and internal teams, recommends solutions, manages concurrent deliverables, communicates Workday best practices, and supports client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, contributing to knowledge management, meeting utilization and service-level targets, and adapting to changing priorities in a remote environment.

Workday Extend Consultants design, build, and deliver Workday applications, collaborate with clients, and ensure compliance while maintaining client satisfaction.

Lead strategy and technical oversight for the companys commercial and operational software stack. Architect integrations, govern deployments, manage a distributed team of analysts and engineers, optimize business processes, oversee vendor/contracts/licenses, and enforce security, IAM, and privacy compliance.
