Lead a proprietary data analysis team supporting researchers, traders, and engineers. Coordinate priorities, define projects, ensure data quality, coach analysts, and personally solve complex data problems. Manage collection, tagging, cleaning, documentation, and validation of alternative, fundamental, market, and reference data. Partner with engineers to automate workflows while maintaining human review of AI-driven pipelines. Communicate findings and project status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot low-latency network infrastructure across global data centers. Use automation and monitoring to diagnose issues, support wired/wireless high-performance networks, communicate impacts to traders and developers, document processes, and collaborate with global teams to maintain trading application availability.

As an HPC Operations Engineer, you'll provide operational support for Linux HPC environments, troubleshoot issues, manage vendor relationships, and work on automation and performance monitoring.
