Manage end-to-end broking operations for equity and currency derivatives (F&O), including trade contracting, confirmations, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, reporting, and exception management. Monitor margins and positions, coordinate with clients, exchanges, custodians and banks, investigate breaks, prepare operational and regulatory reports, respond to queries, and drive root-cause fixes and process improvements to enhance straight-through processing.

Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, and cases for credit card marketing campaigns. Execute manual and automated E2E tests across emails, direct mail, and microsites; collaborate with marketing, legal, and development teams; manage version control and test environments; support production deployments and off-hours validation; identify process gaps and document testing standards and job aids.

Support and process trade orders, monitor asset and cash levels, apply automation and data-analysis techniques to improve trading operations, propose process improvements, and maintain stakeholder communications to align operations with strategic objectives.
