Lead the Mumbai-based Investment Governance team, designing oversight frameworks, conducting methodology and periodic reviews, and delivering analytics and automation solutions. Translate findings into leadership insights, drive strategic governance initiatives, and partner with Due Diligence, Risk, Compliance, Middle Office, Product, and Technology teams. Manage, coach, and develop team members while ensuring analytical rigor, strong documentation, timely issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Prepare and submit India regulatory reports, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, produce management and KPI reporting, monitor nostro breaks, support audits, maintain procedures, and partner with technology and control teams to automate processes and resolve issues.

Supports trading and portfolio management operations by processing trade orders, clearing trades, managing positions and expiries, resolving trade breaks, and addressing trader, client, and broker escalations. The role also drives process improvements, supports UAT and system releases, facilitates training, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, and uses data and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
