Own and improve marketing operations through HubSpot automation, lifecycle journeys, email campaigns, database management, data-quality controls, lead scoring, dashboards, attribution, and funnel analysis. Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Product to improve CRM integrity, campaign performance, sales handoffs, and pipeline contribution. Conduct QA, deliverability monitoring, A/B testing, and marketing analytics while introducing tools and reusable processes that increase productivity and reduce errors.

Produce AI-generated voice-over narrations for educational and scientific videos. Collaborate with content development teams to prepare scripts, perform quality checks and revisions, and integrate narration with final video content. Maintain expertise in AI voice-over technology, coordinate with editors and producers, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.

Develops short-form microlearning videos for business and professional skills. Responsibilities include researching topics, writing scripts, creating storyboards, developing scenarios and assessments, using generative AI, collaborating with production teams, reviewing videos for quality and accuracy, and managing multiple lessons through completion. The role requires strong instructional design, writing, research, visual storytelling, editorial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
