Lead and execute complex payroll processing for assigned countries, ensure compliance with statutory and SOX requirements, resolve escalations, maintain payroll documentation, support audits and system changes, drive continuous improvement and automation, mentor junior staff, and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external providers.

Manage and execute master data operations for APAC (ex China/Japan) supply chain, maintain material master records in SAP/ECC, ensure data quality and GxP compliance, coordinate testing and audits, lead small/mid projects, implement process improvements and automation, prepare dashboards/metrics, support Data Management Framework and third-party teams, and deliver training and documentation.

Provide broad legal counsel and mentorship for Innovative Medicine India, handling contracts, litigation management, regulatory and compliance advice, IP coordination, M&A due diligence, training, and cross‑functional legal support to enable compliant business growth.
