Manages and coaches Biosurgery Specialists, develops territory and account strategies, achieves sales targets, manages tenders and complex negotiations, builds hospital and key opinion leader relationships, supports procedure adoption and customer education, monitors competitors and market trends, and ensures compliance with company processes, budgets, ethics, and reporting requirements.

Lead a global team to define and execute quality and compliance strategies for enterprise data platforms and supporting infrastructure. Own validation/qualification (SDLC/CSV) for GxP systems, approve validation deliverables, manage resources and budgets, support audits and regulatory inspections, drive inspection readiness, and partner with stakeholders to embed quality controls and automation across the system lifecycle.
