Supports the International Office Finance Manager with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, reconciliations, controls, compliance, and audit activities. Prepares reports, dashboards, models, and management presentations; supports AK19 equity clearing and cost allocation; and contributes to finance transformation, process standardization, system implementation, and continuous improvement. Partners with FP&A, Tax, Global Services, and Regional Finance teams to provide accurate financial insights and escalate risks or data-quality issues.

Coordinates between sales, supply chain, warehousing, distributors, and logistics partners to support commercial operations. Manages logistics activities, including courier coordination, assists with day-to-day sales execution, and performs basic analysis using Microsoft Excel. Requires knowledge of supply chain processes, forecasting, logistics or commercial operations, distributor management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills.

Owns APAC source-to-contract operations, including sourcing events, supplier engagement, commercial negotiations, contract coordination, stakeholder management, and compliance. Mentors analysts, partners with category procurement and cross-functional teams, supports India-specific requirements, monitors service performance, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement. The role also supports procurement automation, AI initiatives, digital requirements, data quality, tool enhancements, and collaboration across regional and global teams.
