The role involves managing a communications team, directing external communications operations, and developing strategic communications plans to enhance organizational excellence.

Manage assigned clinical trial sites from start-up through close-out, ensuring GCP/SOP compliance, accurate data capture, AE/SAE reporting, site training, supply management, monitoring (on-site and remote), and documentation. Support site selection, recruitment strategies, regulatory submissions, CAPA activities, and stakeholder communication with guidance from senior site management.
