Drive new customer acquisition and revenue across the assigned territory by positioning Tyco Security Solutions as an integrated security OEM. Manage strategic verticals, develop partner ecosystems, respond to RFPs/tenders, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with pre-sales, product, and support teams to deliver complex solution sales.

Enable regional sales by mapping and engaging stakeholders, populating pipeline in SFDC, identifying and influencing large HVAC/chiller opportunities at concept stage, supporting tenders with technical inputs, organizing presentations and site visits, breaking competitor accounts, and serving as a regional subject-matter expert on chillers and HVAC systems.

Lead and manage India compliance programs including anti-corruption, anti-trust, third-party due diligence, investigations, training, remediation, M&A due diligence, and policy implementation. Advise senior management, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, run compliance committees, monitor risks, and improve compliance analytics, training, and controls to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in India.
