Provide project coordination and cost-control support for Small Projects: maintain PlanView and Small Projects Tracker, ensure data integrity, update costs and schedules, support PMs on procurement/best value, assist regional/global leads, and help consolidate data for capital investment planning.

Manage technical and contractual quality assurance for a corporate real estate portfolio: oversee planned/predictive/corrective maintenance, vendor quality, compliance to engineering playbooks, incident response (24/7), commissioning support, technical reporting, asset lifecycle/UPS replacement, engineering standardization, training, and energy-saving initiatives.

Greet and assist visitors, manage phone lines, monitor security and reception area, handle mail/courier and stationery inventory, maintain trackers and reports, coordinate meeting room upkeep and new-hire orientation, and perform routine clerical tasks. Work rotational shifts and support vendor coordination and mailroom operations.
