Oversee electrical and MEP site execution, contractor coordination, shop drawing reviews, testing and commissioning, energization, and handover of electrical installations. Diagnose failures, lead root cause analysis and CAPA plans, resolve technical queries, and enforce electrical safety, inspectorate, earthing, and international code compliance. Manage vendors, coordinate stakeholders, and lead teams across hotel, mixed-use, retail, and commercial projects.

Supervise mechanical installation, testing, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance at project sites. Diagnose mechanical faults, oversee HVAC and pumping systems, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with civil and electrical teams, manage vendors and spare parts, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with safety standards and inspection requirements.

Leads electrical and MEP design development from concept through execution, coordinating with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors. Ensures code compliance, reviews technical documentation, manages BOQs, budgets, variations, and value engineering. Provides technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning while mentoring junior engineers and drafters.
