Lead technical/engineering operations for commercial properties: oversee MEP, fire/life-safety and critical utilities; ensure PPM, asset tracking, risk mitigation, disaster recovery and compliance; manage vendors, budgets, SLAs/KPIs, project M&E scope, and train/hire engineering staff while using the OVERVIEW portal for documentation and quality assurance.
