Coordinate end-to-end corporate events and meetings for a key client account, managing senior stakeholder relationships, multi-vendor logistics, budgets, policies, SLA performance, quality assurance, and real-time event issue resolution to deliver seamless experiences.

Plan and manage detailed schedules for data center and commercial greenfield projects. Track progress, identify variances and scheduling risks, coordinate project teams and stakeholders, facilitate planning meetings, optimize processes, and prepare progress reports and dashboards. The role requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project coordination skills, along with proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software.

Lead procurement for capital projects across Asia: drive sourcing strategies, manage tendering and contracts, control costs, mitigate risks, build vendor partnerships, and deliver procurement reporting and commercial value.
