The Recruitment Associate supports People Operations by identifying hiring needs, conducting recruitment research, developing job descriptions, managing talent pools and job portals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating timely offer issuance and acceptance. The role manages recruitment portfolios across graduates, lateral hires, and internships while building strong candidate relationships and maintaining recruitment data and processes.

The Recruitment Intern will support sourcing and screening candidates, conduct CV, phone, video, and walk-in screenings, schedule interviews, update candidates, maintain applicant tracking records, and help design and execute recruitment pilots.

The Accounts Associate manages accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial close processes, vouchers, payments, reimbursements, payroll, statutory dues, donations, and school finance audits. The role supports external audits by preparing records and responding to inquiries, while also coordinating with banks, vendors, and organizational operations. Candidates need a Commerce-related bachelor’s degree, at least two years of accounting experience, Tally proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and preferably knowledge of TDS and labor laws.
