Leads end-to-end acquisition of strategic data center sites, including site identification, due diligence, utility and power assessment, commercial negotiations, site-control agreements, governance, approvals, and transaction closure. Partners with legal, finance, engineering, utilities, brokers, landowners, and government authorities to secure expansion-ready sites and manage commercial, regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder risks.

Leads large-scale, multi-site scanning and digitization operations across Tamil Nadu, managing 200+ employees, productivity, quality, billing, SLAs, customer relationships, compliance, and cost optimization. The role requires KPI governance, root cause analysis, corrective actions, revenue realization, OCR workflow knowledge, stakeholder management, and frequent travel across project locations.
