Administer and upgrade GlobalScape EFT MFT infrastructure, troubleshoot SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/AS2 transfers, automate workflows with PowerShell and VB scripts, manage SSH/PGP keys and SOX reporting, and coordinate with infrastructure teams for connectivity and security.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers, qualify leads, recommend products, handle objections, and close sales. Maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, coordinate with internal teams, and stay current on product and market knowledge.
