Strategic HR Business Partner supporting India region: consults senior leaders on talent, succession, and change management; acts as talent broker; partners on M&A integration; oversees performance management and compensation cycles; applies DEI strategies and ensures HR operational excellence and compliance.

Manage and optimize data center network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA for LAN/WAN issues, configure OSPF/BGP/VXLAN and spine-leaf fabrics, manage VPNs and access controls, and collaborate with L1/L2 teams, OEM vendors, and server/storage teams to resolve escalations in a high-availability environment.

Responsible for managing 24/7 data center operations, troubleshooting routing, switching, and firewall environments, while ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
