Lead 24/7 data center network and security operations, monitor SIEM, troubleshoot firewalls, WAF, VPN, and L2/L3 routing, coordinate escalations with L2/L3 teams and vendors, perform audits and ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management, and maintain SLAs and KPIs.

Provide 24x7 L1 monitoring and basic administration for datacenter and cloud servers (Linux/Windows). Troubleshoot incidents, perform user/access management, reboot/services, verify backups, maintain SOPs and tickets, escalate to L2, and support scheduled maintenance and reporting.

The role involves defining strategic initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to implement programs, and ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes to enhance growth in India's business units.
