Manage and optimize mission-critical data center network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Configure VPNs, firewall rules, and network access controls while ensuring security and high availability. Troubleshoot complex LAN and WAN issues, conduct root cause analysis, resolve escalated incidents, and collaborate with support teams, vendors, and server and storage teams on cross-platform integrations.

Manage and optimize Red Hat Linux and Nutanix infrastructure, monitor compute environments, resolve Level 2 escalations, troubleshoot databases and network services, and lead data center technicians. The role includes SLA coordination, ITIL incident/problem/change management, root cause analysis, disaster recovery drills, automation, and participation in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Provide on-site data center technical support, including hardware installation, racking, stacking, cabling, component replacement, network switch setup, power cycling, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with remote engineers and clients, follow technical runbooks, maintain asset and incident records, inspect alarms, and comply with data center access, safety, and security procedures.
