Leads end-to-end acquisition of strategic data center sites, including site identification, due diligence, utility and power assessment, commercial negotiations, site-control agreements, governance, approvals, and transaction closure. Partners with legal, finance, engineering, utilities, brokers, landowners, and government authorities to secure expansion-ready sites and manage commercial, regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder risks.

Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, security integration, proof-of-concept workshops, technical proposals, and sales presentations for private cloud and datacenter infrastructure solutions. Designs Nutanix and VMware environments, including capacity planning, networking, security, data protection, and compliance. Partners with prospective clients as a trusted technical advisor and translates complex architecture concepts into business value and ROI.

Provides on-site smart hands support in data centers, including hardware racking, stacking, cabling, component replacement, power cycling, basic network switch setup, and troubleshooting. Coordinates with remote engineers and clients, follows runbooks, maintains accurate asset and incident records, conducts visual alarm inspections, and complies with secure access, safety, and operational procedures.
