The Client Services Associate manages a strategic portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring retention, engagement, and stability through proactive service and commercial awareness. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Identify and qualify institutional and corporate prospects across international markets via research, high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn and databases; maintain CRM, coordinate with sales and marketing, report on lead performance, and stay current on market trends to improve conversion.

Originate new international client relationships with corporates, funds, family offices and intermediaries. Identify cross-border capital challenges, coordinate internal specialists to structure solutions, build long-term client franchises, and generate recurring revenue through a strong pipeline and active origination.
