Teams at Interactive Brokers

Provide technical and functional support for the Trader Workstation, troubleshoot connectivity and software issues, and liaise between customers and internal teams for resolution.

Respond to client inquiries, assist with account setup, explain product features and regulations, and investigate trading issues.

Develop, design, and optimize trading and back-office applications using Java/Oracle in Unix/Linux environments. Build and load Oracle-based data systems, collaborate on scalability, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
