Provide managed-services support for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence, OTL, and optional Payroll. Configure systems for UK and US statutory requirements, troubleshoot incidents, manage SLA-driven tickets, monitor performance, implement enhancements, support integrations and data flows, conduct client workshops, and prepare status reports, root-cause analyses, documentation, and remediation plans.

Designs, implements, and optimizes Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for enterprise managed-services customers. Responsibilities include architecture, AI capability integration, technical troubleshooting, customer workshops, executive advisory, documentation, team mentorship, product feedback, and continuous service improvement. The role requires extensive Oracle HCM experience, integration expertise, leadership, client communication, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Lead Oracle Procure-to-Pay Cloud implementations and support engagements. Gather requirements, analyze process gaps, design and configure solutions, manage integrations and data migration, create documentation, conduct testing and user training, provide post-go-live support, and manage multiple client projects. Travel to client locations as required.
