Leads full-cycle recruitment across India and APAC, including sourcing, interviews, stakeholder management, offers, candidate experience, employer branding, ATS accuracy, talent pipeline development, and market insights. Partners with hiring managers, HR business partners, and regional talent acquisition teams while recruiting for manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, HR, and corporate roles.

Manage full-spectrum country finance (USGAAP and IGAAP): accounting, statutory compliance, audits, tax and transfer pricing, treasury, budgeting, FP&A, costing, business partnering and site visits. Coach finance team and coordinate with shared services and regional teams for reporting and controls.
