Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL. Build REST APIs, reusable UI components, database functionality, automated tests, and application features within an Agile team. Troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews, support GCP deployments and CI/CD pipelines, and gain exposure to Docker and AI-assisted development tools.

Lead technical design and hands-on full-stack development across .NET Core, C#, React, TypeScript, and enterprise SQL systems. Architect scalable microservices, micro-frontends, APIs, and cloud-native deployments on GCP. Establish engineering standards, optimize databases, oversee testing and security, mentor developers, and guide engineering pods. Partner with product, architecture, and DevOps teams on Agile sprint delivery and integrate AI/ML capabilities such as Gemini, generative AI, and RAG patterns.

The Principal Support Engineer resolves complex customer issues, leads escalations, and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
