Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy, logistics, staffing, training, safety, workflows, and performance goals. Manage warehouse systems, equipment utilization, space allocation, customer service, budgets, and operational costs. Conduct stock audits, establish procedures, resolve operational issues, and support warehouse setup and continuous improvement. The role requires extensive warehouse management experience, preferably in e-commerce or technology, with data analytics exposure.

Manages relationships with regional partner accounts and vendor teams, coordinates internal resources, achieves profitable sales targets, leads joint business planning, assesses partner needs, supports channel sales, resolves channel conflicts, develops solutions, ensures partner agreement compliance, and drives adoption of company programs.

Manage cloud marketplace platform operations, including catalog and pricing governance, issue resolution, vendor onboarding, partner enablement, and API-based integrations. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, vendors, and partners to automate order, billing, and subscription workflows. Own integration requirements, UAT, deployment coordination, platform governance, documentation, and continuous process improvement while supporting marketplace expansion and adoption.
