Provide L1/L2 production support and on-call (24x7 rotation) for the Axiom financial reporting platform. Troubleshoot and optimize Axiom jobs, write/maintain shell scripts and Oracle SQL/PLSQL, manage Autosys schedules, monitoring (Dynatrace), ServiceNow incident/change tracking, platform maintenance/upgrades, and collaborate with development for L3 escalations. Participate in change deployments, mentor junior engineers, and maintain SLAs and compliance.

Provide application production support for a defined application scope: handle incidents, requests, changes, meet SLAs, coordinate with Paris and internal IT teams, manage ITSM processes (incident/problem/change/release), maintain service catalog and documentation, contribute to knowledge transfer, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and implement Java full-stack solutions (Java/Spring, Angular) working with BAs, QA and ops. Participate in testing, propose technical solutions and performance improvements, follow coding standards, implement DevOps tools, and provide operational support. Finance/banking experience is advantageous.
