Administer, tune, secure, and support Adabas databases and Natural applications in mainframe environments. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, capacity planning, restructuring, upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, incident resolution, documentation, and production support. The role collaborates with application, systems, and infrastructure teams and requires on-call support and travel or relocation across India as project needs dictate.

Develop and maintain performance-critical Oracle PL/SQL backend processes for a real-time settlement system. Liaise with BAs, architects and support teams, deliver robust, scalable code, automate testing, follow SDLC and risk standards, provide Level 3 production support, and propose end-to-end improvements.
