Lead end-to-end recruitment across India for business, revenue, sales, and customer-facing roles. Source, screen, manage interviews, offers, and background checks; partner with hiring managers and People Operations; support TA programs, employer branding, compliance, and process improvements while leveraging ATS and sourcing tools.

Hunt and close net-new customers across West India by qualifying leads, building pipeline, developing solution proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with BDRs, AMs, CSEs and specialists to maintain account health and drive revenue.

Support account activation and onboarding by configuring accounts, email domains, numbers, trial settings, pricing and routes. Assist with Salesforce/CPQ updates, billing address setup, partnership onboarding, and operational process improvements under supervision.
