Manage an operations team supporting SaaS Kubernetes applications across OCI and AWS. Lead incident response, ticket triage, technology rollouts, troubleshooting, operational SLA improvement, automation, and infrastructure engineering. Mentor Operations Engineers and collaborate with architects, stakeholders, Engineering, and Client Services. The role requires extensive experience with cloud environments, large-scale .NET applications, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation, operating systems, containers, performance analysis, and full-stack troubleshooting.

Administer and support Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases across AWS, OCI, Azure, virtual machines, and managed cloud services. Responsibilities include database performance tuning, backups, patching, monitoring, alert dashboards, user and storage management, data loading, documentation, architecture planning, and project support. The role participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborates with development, systems administration, and peer teams to prevent customer outages.

Manage SaaS Kubernetes applications in AWS, respond to alerts and incidents, deploy infrastructure technologies, triage client service tickets, troubleshoot operating systems, applications, virtualization, and containers, and improve operational automation and SLAs. The role requires cloud operations experience, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, Java application support, performance tuning, container management, and full-stack troubleshooting.
