Administer and support Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases across AWS, OCI, Azure, virtual machines, and managed cloud services. Responsibilities include database performance tuning, backups, patching, monitoring, alert dashboards, user and storage management, data loading, documentation, architecture planning, and project support. The role participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborates with development, systems administration, and peer teams to prevent customer outages.

The role requires cloud operations experience, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux, automation, Java application support, performance tuning, container management, and full-stack troubleshooting.

Manage SaaS Kubernetes applications in AWS and OCI, respond to alerts and incidents, deploy infrastructure technologies, triage client-service tickets, troubleshoot operating systems, applications, virtualization, and containers, and develop automation to improve operational SLAs. The role supports large-scale Java applications and requires expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, automation, performance tuning, IIS, Tomcat, and full-stack troubleshooting.
