Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and PMO to translate requirements into SAP-based solutions. Lead process optimization, gap analysis, UAT, project coordination, change management, documentation, and training to improve global, scalable supply chain and master data processes across APAC/Oceania and global initiatives.

Lead SAP security and GRC architecture and operations across ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, MDG, CRM and Ariba. Design and maintain authorization concepts and roles, manage user lifecycle and mass administration, operate SAP GRC modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, UAR), govern SoD and mitigation controls, support Fiori security, provide audit readiness and compliance (SOX, ITGC, GDPR), generate GRC reporting, drive automation, and mentor junior staff.

Support demand forecasting, maintain customer- and material-level sales data, coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Supply Planning, analyze forecast performance, generate regular demand reports, upload approved forecasts into planning systems, monitor slow/non-moving inventory, and support the monthly S&OP process.
