Lead the implementation and global scaling of the Orange Movement, managing partnerships with investors, governments, DFIs, corporates, and philanthropies. Oversee regional programs, Orange Bond transactions, training and certification initiatives, advocacy campaigns, convenings, fundraising support, governance, and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on capital mobilization, market building, gender equality, climate finance, and timely delivery across Asia, Africa, and other global markets.

Lead and scale the Orange Movement into a self-sustaining global institution. Own fundraising, co-funder cultivation, coalition governance, training/certification programs, partnerships, advocacy, and flagship convenings while building operational systems, financial sustainability, and standards for gender-lens and climate finance.

The role involves leading ESG advisory services, managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and mentoring team members in sustainable finance solutions.
