The VP, Performance Management & Learning Development is responsible for designing and implementing performance management and learning strategies, ensuring alignment with IIX's mission and developing the workforce's capabilities for impact.

Lead the design and documentation of a new climate debt fund’s legal and economic structure. Responsibilities include fund economics, legal architecture, and investor documentation, while providing knowledge transfer to the investment team.

Own IIX's performance management and learning ecosystem: design PM frameworks and review cycles, run training needs analyses, build blended learning journeys and instructional materials, deliver facilitation, manage LMS and vendors, measure learning impact, and link performance outcomes to compensation, promotions, and succession planning.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and CIO across global time zones: manage complex calendars, high-level meetings and board prep, end-to-end travel and visas, triage correspondence, prepare briefings and presentations, oversee action-item follow-through, handle confidential information, manage expenses, and research intelligence. Leverage AI and collaboration tools to anticipate needs and ensure none of the leadership’s priorities slip.

The role involves leading ESG advisory services, managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and mentoring team members in sustainable finance solutions.
