Review and code patient charts using CPT, ICD, HCPCS and modifiers; analyze medical records to identify billable services; resolve coding queries; support audits, reporting, quality and productivity improvements; advise training; and participate in automation and innovation initiatives.

Interpret patient medical charts to assign accurate diagnostic and procedural codes, ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations, research missing documentation, support denial management, collaborate with billing and client coding teams, and mentor new hires during on-the-job training.

Lead and grow an implementation team to deliver multiple RCM onboarding projects. Define strategy, manage resources, mitigate risks, engage stakeholders, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy and reporting to drive client adoption and success.
