Develop forecasting, predictive analytics, dashboards, and machine learning solutions to improve planning performance and business outcomes. Analyze complex datasets, demand patterns, seasonality, and business drivers; identify forecast bias; and recommend process improvements. Partner with planning, commercial, IT, and external stakeholders to deliver analytical projects from discovery through deployment. Communicate insights, evaluate emerging technologies, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads the global sensory evaluation program for fragrance raw materials, establishing sensory standards, methodologies, policies, and best practices. Serves as the subject matter expert in raw material sensory science, supports quality and supply continuity, evaluates material approvals and replacements, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops organizational capabilities. The role also requires global project and people leadership, process documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

Manage strategic key accounts across West India by developing customer relationships, executing account plans, driving revenue and margin growth, coordinating flavor solution delivery, and monitoring market and competitive trends. The role includes customer marketing campaigns, Salesforce project management, cross-functional collaboration, business development, and extensive travel. Candidates need 3–5 years of sales or commercial experience in flavors, food ingredients, or food and beverage, along with strong commercial, technical, communication, and project management skills.
