Supports end-to-end customer implementations of iTravel through requirements gathering, product demonstrations, solution design, configuration, UAT, go-live, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Creates functional specifications, process documents, training materials, and test plans. Collaborates with customers, SMEs, Product Management, Engineering, architects, and infrastructure teams while sharing customer feedback for roadmap development.

As a .Net Developer, you will be responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of software, guiding team members, and ensuring best practices in software engineering.

The manual tester will conduct end-to-end QA for airline applications, focusing on PSS functionalities, collaborating in Agile teams for testing and defect tracking.
