Provide L1/L2 application and product support for aviation passenger solutions in a 24/7 rotational environment. Investigate and resolve production, billing, and customer issues within service levels; perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis; collaborate with DevOps, SMEs, partners, and customers; create support documentation and reports; monitor applications; and ensure compliance with ITSM escalation and support procedures.

Designs and evolves reusable Java backend frameworks and platform components, leads large-scale modernization and migration initiatives, and resolves complex distributed-systems issues. The role establishes architecture standards, API and security practices, and deployment patterns across Spring, Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and database platforms. It also builds technology proofs of concept, mentors architects and engineers, drives AI-assisted development and observability adoption, and collaborates with architecture, product, and engineering stakeholders.

The Dynamics 365 Developer will develop and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, focusing on customer service functionalities and integrations with Azure services.
