Build and maintain JavaScript and React applications, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled workflows, scalable APIs, event-driven systems, and healthcare integrations. The role involves working with telephony platforms, AI providers, and third-party services while advancing autonomous workflow orchestration. Engineers will use modern AI-assisted development tools, contribute independently in a startup environment, and collaborate during consistent EST hours.

Build and maintain complete web applications and backend services from architecture through production. Develop responsive interfaces, APIs, background workers, data pipelines, and AI integrations. Manage cloud deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, load testing, and system optimization. The role requires end-to-end ownership, strong full-stack development skills, relational database expertise, event-driven architecture knowledge, and the ability to work independently while communicating technical tradeoffs.

Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery, user flows, and wireframes through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff. Create responsive web and mobile experiences, incorporate research and usability feedback, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and improve accessibility, usability, conversion, and product quality. The role is fully remote and requires independent work with international stakeholders.
