As a founding full-stack engineer you'll build end-to-end product features, craft high-performance frontend UX with TypeScript/React, design scalable PostgreSQL schemas and RLS via Supabase, create edge APIs, backend services and workers, integrate smart contracts and blockchain indexing, implement modern auth (e.g., WebAuthn), and make architecture decisions to drive product-market fit while upholding security and engineering best practices.

Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Ensure IRS compliance, assist with tax planning and advisory, research tax issues, maintain records, collaborate to meet filing deadlines, use accounting and tax software, and communicate with clients to gather and resolve financial data.

Perform outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and networking to identify and qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings for senior sales, maintain CRM records, and hit monthly appointment and pipeline targets.

Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across CRM, operations, sales, and support using platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate. Troubleshoot failures, document processes, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor performance, and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

Build and launch conversion-focused landing pages, advertorials, and funnels for DTC brands. Run rapid experiments and A/B tests, implement analytics/tracking (GA4, GTM, Hotjar), optimize mobile performance and page speed, collaborate with paid media and creative teams, assist with direct-response copy, and create scalable processes for faster launches.

Design and implement end-to-end automation across the Zoho One suite (primarily Zoho CRM). Build Deluge scripts, workflows, blueprints, custom functions, and API integrations. Troubleshoot and optimize configurations, create reporting and visualizations with Zoho Analytics, and translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.

Perform outbound prospecting to B2B tech and SaaS companies via calls, email, and LinkedIn; identify and qualify decision-makers; book meetings and demos for AEs; maintain CRM data; collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach; meet pipeline and revenue KPIs; build relationships with tech clients.

Lead design and management of scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes orchestration, IaC with Terraform, observability and incident response, security and disaster recovery, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and AI-driven workflows across client accounts. Test automations, create SOPs, document workflows, communicate with clients, and scale systems for efficiency and performance.

Provide US tax compliance and advisory services for international clients, focusing on foreign-owned LLCs. Prepare Form 5472/Pro Forma 1120, Form 1040-NR, Form 1065, and other elections and extensions. Advise on USTB/ECI, BOI/FinCEN, state compliance, treaty issues, and business structuring to minimize exposure and permanent establishment risk.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Zoho CRM configurations and automations. Build Deluge scripts, blueprints, workflows, and integrations, audit CRM data integrity, and act as the internal Zoho subject-matter expert to improve lead conversion.

Manage, optimize, and report on paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels. Run audience and keyword research, A/B tests, conversion tracking, and attribution analysis. Collaborate with content, design, and sales to improve lead quality, manage budgets, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Produce on-brand marketing and branding assets for a real-estate-focused agency using Figma. Manage file organization, execute rapid revisions, support light web and presentation design, and communicate daily with leadership to meet deadlines.

Design and produce marketing collateral, social media and web graphics; manage end-to-end design from brief to production; collaborate with marketing/product for brand consistency; iterate on designs using feedback and performance data; maintain organized asset libraries and deliver on schedule.

Lead and scale paid media strategy across search, social, display and emerging channels.
